Intermediate Voice Craft

Our Intermediate series is made up of 3 LIVE on-line voice over classes. They kick off with the introduction of the role of tone in voice acting. Tone reflects your perspective on the story you’re telling. Examples of tones are angry, cruel, and condescending or light hearted, compassionate, and exuberant. In addition, having learned the foundational techniques, the intermediate class is your chance to put them to work, with exercises designed to encourage mastery of the movements. This 3 part live on-line series may be taken out of sequence.

Advanced Voice Craft

A high level 3 part LIVE on-line series of voice over classes focused on understanding and building voice archetypes. Examples are The Lover, The Hero,The Magician and The Innocent. They appear ubiquitously in art, film, politics, advertising and of course every day life. So, the question is… which one are you? Or, which ONES are you? How do you express them? Can you be more then one simultaneously? How are these Archetypes used in advertising or in story telling at large?  And how do they translate into VOICE ARCHETYPES?

That’s the journey we will take in the Advanced series. It is challenging and thoughtful and self reflective and ultimately very rewarding.
